Welcome to Loving Legacy In-Home Veterinary Care and our website, lovinglegacyvet.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By accessing our site and/or scheduling a service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

 

1. Services Provided

 

Loving Legacy In-Home Veterinary Care provides compassionate in-home veterinary services, including end-of-life care and pet euthanasia. Our services are performed by licensed veterinary professionals. We are committed to providing the highest standard of care, but we do not provide emergency services or ongoing medical treatment. Our services are limited to the specific procedures agreed upon at the time of scheduling.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

 

  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information about yourself, your pet, and your location to ensure we can provide our services effectively.

  • Safe Environment: You are responsible for providing a safe and calm environment for our veterinary team to perform their services. This includes ensuring all pets and people in the home are secure and non-disruptive during the appointment.

  • Payment: You agree to pay all fees for services rendered at the time of the appointment. We accept payment via etransfer, Visa, Mastercard and cash. All fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

 

3. Appointments and Cancellations

 

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by phone. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time, but appointments are subject to availability.

  • Cancellations: We understand that circumstances may change. We request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost as well as any processing fees which may be associated with it (this does not include any optional add on products which may have been chosen).

 

4. Limitation of Liability

 

Loving Legacy In-Home Veterinary Care and its staff will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages arising from inaccuracies in information provided by the client, or any unforeseen reactions or complications during a procedure. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered.

 

5. Privacy

 

Your privacy is very important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

The content, logo, and design of the lovinglegacyvet.com website are the property of Loving Legacy In-Home Veterinary Care and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our express written permission.

 

7. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Washago, Ontario.
