Our preferred payment method is e-transfer, which should be sent at the time of booking confirmation to info@lovinglegacyvet.com.
A $100 booking fee will be kept if appointment is canceled.

If it is less than 24 hours notice, or the veterinarian is already on their way to the appointment, the appointment fee of $575 is non-refundable. Memorialization products will not be charged, and will be refunded if prepaid and not rendered.
If e-transfer is not an option, we can accept pre-authorized credit card payments on Visa or Master Card by phone before your visit.
Handling payment in advance helps ensure a smooth experience and reduces interruptions during your final moments with your pet.
